Tom Ford reveals his line of designer optical frames and sunglasses with a focus on meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Offering a collection of sophisticated styles of sunglasses for men and women, Tom Ford brings his trademark clean lines and sensuality to a sleek signature collection of sunglasses. The Tom Ford Collection offers a selection of designer men’s, women’s, and unisex optical frames that are characterized by luxury and singularity.
Says Tom Ford, “I wanted the same newness and creative design in the optical frames that I have in my sunglass collection. I like a substantial design with luxe details. The frames feel very contemporary, but there is a sense of history.”
Designs of Tom Ford sunglasses vary from architectural plastics to weightless metals featuring innovative shapes that underscore sensuously curved silhouettes to subtly squared and aviator styles featuring a metal double bridge that conveys a retro look. The optical frames’ colours range from metal tones of shiny rose gold, gunmetal and palladium to more traditional sunglasses shades of high gloss black acetate, dark havana, to innovative bicolor havana and transparent pearl effect shades.
Tom Ford optical frames are constructed using the finest combination of materials; rich acetates and metals receive exclusive treatments creating stylized finishes and textures producing beautiful sunglasses frames of the highest quality.
Slender plaques on the sunglasses discreetly bear the Tom Ford logo. A signature design element and a symbol of the collection is an elegant metal T shape set flush into the temple of many of the styles.
